By accessing, registering on, or using the 77bde platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, placing a bet, playing a casino game, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

All financial transactions on 77bde are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following local payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Upay — instant mobile wallet deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits, though we reserve the right to apply transaction limits on individual accounts subject to responsible gaming or compliance considerations. Deposits are credited to your 77bde account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider.

77bde does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside 77bde's control and are your sole responsibility. 77bde is not liable for deposit delays caused by outages, technical issues, or maintenance periods on the part of any payment provider.

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 77bde promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for the promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

77bde does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific bonus or promotional offer. The inclusion of a promotional section on the 77bde platform does not constitute a binding offer to provide any particular bonus at any given time.

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, fishing games, and slot titles available on 77bde are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all 77bde gaming products:

• All bets and game rounds are binding once confirmed. 77bde does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been placed and confirmed through the platform interface.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 77bde reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the wagered amount to the player's real-money balance.

• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in bad faith after placing bets or playing games on 77bde. Any unauthorised use of 77bde intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption of service caused by technical failures, network outages, maintenance periods, or events beyond 77bde's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions or third-party provider failures.

77bde's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
